This video explains the food pyramid, and the importance of keeping a balanced diet.  It is important that we eat different foods, instead of only one type of food.  The food pyramid shows us what types of foods we should eat the most of, and what types of foods we should only have sometimes.  For example, the video explains that you should only have foods like cake or other desserts every now and then, while foods like fruits and vegetables should make up a large part of your diet.  You should always keep the food pyramid in mind when deciding what foods to put in your plate!
